The current Mopar "turquoise" engine paint could not be any more "BLUE" if they wanted it to be!! Does anyone know where I can buy some paint cans to get at least close?
Thanks.

I still have a half-used can of Mopar Direct Connection engine paint in that color.
Tower Paint may be able to make up some rattle cans for you...I used them for R4 rattle cans for my engine bay ... perfect match!

I have several engines that are still painted the original turquoise from the factory, the ONLY paint I've seen that even comes close to matching it is the blend that Frank Badelson sells, all others I've seen are typically too "blue", the original stuff has a greener tint to it.
Yes, Scott, you are dead on. The original color does have the greener tint. However, do you think the color has faded over the years? I too have some original parts with the paint on them so I know what you mean.

what's with the EGR block-off plate on the 1968 intake??
Look closer, that is an Edelbrock Performer intake.

Ive always used the Bill Hirsch engine enamel and sprayed it myself. I havent tried his orange yet but the turquoise is a great match.(please note the ratty insulation pad has been updated to a molded piece!:o)
I use Bill Hirsch also, great engine paint imo. I've used the Hemi orange and the turquoise.
