What's the best way to get the over-sized spring back on the clutch pedal?

Hydraulic Throw out bearings remain in constant contact with the fingers...why can they "take it" but a regular throw out bearing can't?
Didn't say they can't. But why subject them to that when you don't have to.

Its just my thought but leaving this spring out would mean that the pedal would only come up as far as the pressure plate pushes it. This would leave the release bearing in constant contact with the fingers and it would be continuously spinning. This can't be good.

I duno but my regular TOB died a quick death when the adjusting nut tightened itself up going down the road. No air gap, no workie.

So, do I need to find one for my truck then? I just changed out the centerforce, to a dual disk McCloud. The pedal does not come all the way up. Where do I find a creature like this said spring for a 75 dodge truck?
