This 2021 Challenger TA widebody is for sale but why ... does it have a Hellcat hood? TA's never were build with this hood. Someone swapped it out? A fair number of hood options available to swap for late-model Challengers, so don't be surprised if my 1320 shows up with a replica SRT Demon hood 
2021 Challenger 6.4L Scat Pack 1320
100% stock: 1.680, 11.894 at 113.75 (DA 175 ft)
weight reduction, wheels, tires, Hellcat air box: 1.661, 11.686 at 115.97 (DA 710 ft)
1973 Challenger 452 ci street/strip [2008]
pump gas, DOT radials: 1.454, 10.523 at 126.44 (DA 514 ft)

A fair number of hood options available to swap for late-model Challengers, so don't be surprised if my 1320 shows up with a replica SRT Demon hood A buddy bought a new Demon hood from Steve White Motors for his 16 Hellcat and I bought his original Hellcat hood for my 2010 SRT. You might want to check with them and see if they have anymore Demon hoods available. As far as the original post, I've seen the late model T/A Challengers with the SRT hood (which looks like an AAR Cuda hood) and a Hellcat hood which looks like the SRT hood with vents added.

Might just be a flat wrap job on the hood as well. Many guys buy the car with painted hoods and just get them wrapped as opposed to having to deal with the factory finish issues

Couldn't tell you, I use to follow that stuff, owned them and was a huge fan until they decided to double and triple the price of them. Lost me as an owner and a fan, couldn't care less anymore
