from online search.??? The 1985-1993 trucks had their computer located on the driver's side front fender behind the battery. 1985-1990 360 4BBL engine trucks used two ECU's and no computer. The wiring harnesses for computerized and non computerized trucks are totally different. 1985 and newer 4WD trucks had an added wire going to the vacuum controlled front hubs.

I have no idea what you're asking becasue the parts I assume you want are so easy to find. I assume you want the 4 wire ignition box that mounts on the firewall and a ballast resister. Quick look at rockauto shows they have multiple brands in stock.

If you mean the computer behind the battery or the fancy lean burn computer mounted on the air cleaner, thats a whole different story BUT one easily fixed by using the igntion conversion kit that includes the ballast resister and ignition box plus a wiring pigtail.

EDIT- 88 5.9 was the last year for any of this junk in the trucks, diplomats etc used it til 89

I've never seen a pre 86 D100/150 that had a v8 in it with anything else besides the 4 pin ECU. And I've seen 88 360 trucks with the same 4 pin ECU and ballast resistor stock. Never seen one with 2 ecu's. But I have seen them with 2 smog pumps in 1 engine
