My first time on a Forum , not really sure how it works, looking for wheels or the mag style hubcaps for a 69 Dart GTS, also if anyone knows what the red colour is on the GTS trunk trim on my 69 Dart, it needs touching up

Welcome to the show.
Scroll through the various topic headings, and near the bottom you'll see the A-body section, which has sub-sections for cars & parts for sale and wanted.
Placing an ad is easy, if nobody has what you want for sale at the moment.
You don't reply to ads, but click on the seller's name and send them a message.
The primary go-to guy here for your car is Rhinodart - he knows Darts & A-bodies as much or more than anyone.

i second Rhino's expertise when it comes to darts of all years, and the parts of them.
also check out the restoration forum here.
those guys can point you in the direction for the correct color and source for those colors, whether you want spray bombs or paint in a can for a gun.
and welcome to the club ! up

To post an add for the wheel covers, you can put it in 2 places:

A body parts wanted:
https://board.moparts.org/ubbthread...arts-wanted-1st-quarter.html#Post3202009

Wheels/tires wanted:
https://board.moparts.org/ubbthread...els-tires-wanted-1st-quarter.html#UNREAD

To do so, just click "reply" to any other add in those 2 topics, and post your own ad like you posted your thread here.

Earning every penny of that moderator paycheck.

Welcome to the site. Do be careful as occasionally people will try to scam you. They are normally banned quickly.
Most here have been here for some time and that is easily established by looking at their join date and post count.
If in doubt, ASK in the general forum for references before sending any type of deposit etc. And as usual if it sounds to good to be true whistling

Those mag type wheel covers W18 were offered in 1968, 1969, and 1970.

One year they are painted silver ('68?), the other years black ('69 & '70?)

yes those where the ones, i am now wondering if I should be looking at 15 wheels as there is a larger selection, with a 4 inch bolt pattern are they very common,

Very common ?? Only in the aftermarket, Chrysler used either 13" or 14" wheels on the small bolt pattern A bodies.

running up my post count some more .

15" wheels with the 4" bolt pattern (aka SBP) can be found aftermarket, but I wouldn't call them common.
I've had steelies & Rallyes made for a couple of SBP Dusters, though; not a big deal.

FWIW, I had a '73 Dart some years ago for a commuter - which I think has the same rear wheelhouse dimensions as the OP's "69.
I put 15 x 7 "cop" wheels on it, with 235/70 rear tires, and the tires would rub slightly if I had people in the rear seat.
Stock - and ;likely a bit tired - springs & ride height.
