taking that question as written, i would think the quest is for a 4" wide wheel.
if the OP was looking for a 4" bolt pattern wheel, i would think the 4" bolt pattern would have been mentioned, such as : "does anyone happen to make a magnum 500 wheel with a 5x4" bolt pattern ?"
just my take. your mileage will vary.

Where did you see backspacing in the OP’s post?

15x4 means 15 inch rim 4 inches wide.

I don’t see backspace. shruggy

I'm looking for a 15x4 wheel. 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. I don't think they even make the Magnum 500 in a 5x4 bolt pattern, but even if they did, I changed my car over to the 5 x 4.5 pattern.

No, they never did & it's too bad they didn't because they are one of my favorite factory mags.

It's too bad they didn't make all the cars 4.5 to begin with.

I'm going to state the obvious, just skip this if it's a waste of time or whatever.

With wheels, because they are an exterior item, the lack of commonization is a profit driver.

There was just as much reason for the Dakota to be changed to 6 lug after it was introduced, as there was for the older A bodies to be introduced with a 4" bolt pattern.

Marketing/product planning knows consumers
usually want something that looks different for no reason other that the appearance, and what better way to accomplish that and sell more parts
than to unnecessarily make certain parts specialized. The wheel manufacturers make more money too, "everyone wins" and it's all driven by the starry eyed consumer
who insists on everything being "new design".

If you like a certain wheel, the car companies greatly prefer you to purchase the entire car rather than just the wheel.

i'm not a fan of unilug wheels in any application.
yes, i have ran them without any troubles in the way distant past, but my preference and opinion has changed since.
i now prefer hub-centric wheels, or wheels i can buy or fabricate hub-centric rings for, in the specific bolt pattern the application calls for.
just an old man's preference these days. your mileage will vary.
