Any pictures of a Holley carb on a stock 383 intake 66 coronet with no scoop? Having hood clearance issues. And fuel line issues. Thanks in advance

It’s a Holley 750 double pumper 4150

I don't believe a 66 383 ever got a Holley carb from the factory. Certainly would not have been a double pumper Holley. The 66 383 was probably a Carter AFB or at most a Carter AVs.
A 66 383 had a very low rise intake, the highest point on those intakes was lower then the top of the valve covers. By 69, it was a different story, but those Coronet's had a higher hood line. Mopar didn't put any double pumper Holley's on any factory motors that I know of.

I took a junky Edelbrock off and put the Holley on. Have hood clearance issues.

what doesn't clear? the top of the carb or the air cleaner stud?

Without a spacer under the carb the lines won’t clear the intake. With the spacer the low profile air cleaner touches the hood. Maybe I’ll put a scoop on it.

I'll try and remember tomorrow to take a picture of mine (1966 Dodge Deluxe 2 dr. sedan), it has a 1968 V8 K member in it due it being a original six cylinder three on the tree car that I put a 440 motor and a NP833 O.D. and a cut down Dana 60 truck rear end converted for street cruising.
That motor,440 small stroker, has Eddy RPM intake and a Holley D.P. carb on it, I think. That air cleaner has a three inch drop base so I could use a taller air cleaner on that motor in that car
I hadn't noticed the air cleaner stud wing nut hitting the bottom of the hood making a tiny dent in it

Seems to me the answer is to fab some fuel lines.
I've had a couple of early Bs with swapped-in RBs, Performer RPM intakes, and Holley 4150s, and no problems IF I used a drop-base air cleaner.
I didn't think the '66-'67 hood was lower than the '62-'64...

I'd recommend you get a GM heat insulator to prevent the gas in the bowls from boiling.
It's essentially an aluminum baffle, was used on Z28s.
