So imagine you are negotiating with a Stellantis dealer on a new vehicle and you are still far apart on price.
So you offer: Well if you want me to pay that high price, ya gonna have to throw in more value: (1) free Lifetime Powertrain warranty (2) free set of FSM manuals, (3) free specialty tools unique to making DIY repairs
What is the “wisdom of Moparts” on the $ value of 1, 2, 3 items above?

What is the “wisdom of Moparts” on the $ value of 1, 2, 3 items above? Like so many things in life, it depends. If you are an accomplished DIY that is scared by nothing, Door #2. Just a comment, I don't know what the current status is of FSM's. When I tried to get a set for my 2010 Cummins the best I could do was a CD. If you don't want to contend with any kind of problem in the future, Door #1. Door #3 IMHO is pretty much worthless. Many of the tools use components from previous years and invariably the special tool you'll need you won't have. Just my

They're not going to waste their time. There will be another buyer waiting to pay MSRP or more, because that's the world we currently live in. Buyer has zero leverage.
