Block torque specs are here. You should have gotten an instruction sheet with it as well. And yes you should torque ALL the fasteners when checking clearance, runout etc. https://billmitchellproducts.com/tech/

I read the torque spec's in the PDF and has the mains being torqued to 100 FT Lbs. & the side bolts torqued to 45 FT Lbs. My KB blocked is stamped to torque the mains to 120 FT Lbs. & 80 FT Lbs. on the side bolts Different block, different fasteners, etc. For example, the side bolts on the BMP block are 3/8" dia. And the block should be machined at the same specs it is assembled at.
