Does anyone have a pic of the correct location for the fuel filter on a 72/73 340 I have a fuel line from fine lines it is a solid line from pump to carb looking for a pic of how it is mounted any body style since the line was listed to fit them all with a t-quad, thanks

I will look tonight, pretty sure it sits right next to the fuel pump. You need 2 pieces, the long upper and the lower one that bends down, makes a U then comes back up making room for the filter with TQ carb.

I believe the above is correct. That's the same configuration as my 73 318. There is a "U" shaped hard line attached to the pump. Then the fuel filter is directly below the alternator. Finally, the long hard line to the carb.

Here are the only pictures I have of an original 73 340.

On my ‘72, it uses a 2-piece fuel line from the fuel pump. The fuel filter sits above the intake and is easily serviced. Though, it could be just early ‘72 340’s.

My original 73 Charger 340 had the fuel filter down by the fuel pump.
