Tim B OP member T Joined: Mar 2022 Posts: 7 Auburn, PA	Hi All, I was wondering if someone could take a look at this ring and pinion pattern and let me know what you think? I have patters for both .030 pinion shim and .025 pinion shim. Both backlash was set to .006 to .010. Thanks in advance! Tim

1969ronnie super stock 1 Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 794 massachusetts U.S.A.	Hi Tim , I like the .030 shim for BOTH your coast and drive patterns pictures . Plus the base 489 pinion shim to start with IS a .030 , if thats what you are working on . A 742 you usually start with a .090 shim . Ronnie
