[ How do you remove the flanges on the ends of the 2 drain tubes to remove the ac evaporator and drip tray from the heater box . They seem to be crimped on there tight and will not pry off . do you use heat to remove them ?? Thanks in advance for any help . spray them with some penetrating spray & try turning them a little at a time
