Also check starter relay / starter, things that are wired "hot most of the time" w/o the key on. If no luck there, pull each fuse one at a time. Should be able to check draw at battery or jumping the fuse blade ends at the box to see if there is draw or not.

Disconnect the wire from the alternator BAT lug. What should I look for there,,,,? if the draw gores away you may have an alternator partially shorting. DO KEEP THE BATTERY DISCONNECTED while the car is unattended

Sure there's nothing else wired hot through a switch? Fog lights?

What specifically are you using to measure the current? That seems high with no light visibly on and no motors running. If this is a stock setup what are the high current consuming devices, assuming that something hasn't failed?
1) ignition 2) A/C clutch 3) heater blower motor 4) headlights 5) rear window defogger 6) power windows 7) horn 8) windshield wiper
There just aren't that many devices that can draw that kind of current constantly and not have some kind of problem show up.

I don't think you answered. is this a stock restoration or have you modded it? any modern features or added items that wouldn't be stock for that year?
how are you measuring amps drawn? Stock resto..with all new harness from Year One ( M&H) .only mod would the the upgraded digital tach added to the original Tic Toc tac which doesnt work,..... Measuring with Fluk meter at the neg battery cable

1) ignition works fine.....? 2) A/C clutch none 3) heater blower motor- have not check yet....its not running 4) headlights pulled switch cable-no change 5) rear window defogger none 6) power windows none 7) horn works fine 8) windshield wiper have not checked motor is a Jules rebuild...but does not work...will pull switch cable to test next

There just aren't that many devices that can draw that kind of current constantly and not have some kind of problem show up. You are making assumptions when you say "works fine". Something is not working fine and until you physically disconnect EACH item on the list and check you cannot assume it "works fine". For example, your ignition could very well draw 7 amps in use, but is still drawing current when it should be off. So while it make "work fine" in start and run, it should not be drawing current at all in off. Until you disconnect it you won't know.
