I wouldn't convert the rocker arms to use pushrod oiling, I do have the #4 cam journal grooved (same width as the diameter of the oil hole in the cam and around .030 deep
) on the camshaft to provide full time oiling to the rocker arms
Are your RAS rocker arms a set of original ductile iron bushed rockers bushed and blueprinted or are they the RAS brand stainless steel rocker arms?
Either way as long as they are not needle roller rockers on the shafts you will not need to restrict the oiling to the rockers. If they are needle bearings on the shaft stick a .030 to .050 I.D. oil restrictor to the shafts
I use a #6 or #8 brass set screw and drill and tap the oil passage in the block or in the heads for which ever one you use and drill it to the size you want
