Has anyone here use a Comp cams MM305 intake lobe with a 1.6 ratio rocker? If so, what spring pressure and rpm did you run it to?

I have this cam with 1.6 on the inlet using PAC -1916 springs. Shift at 6700 rpm, crosses line 7000-7100.
Love this cam 8.82@151 in my '67 Dart, 512 RB 14-1 comp cnc'd 440-1s Pro Systems methanol SV1.

Thanks for the reply. I thought maybe a 1.6 rocker might make an already aggressive lobe a little too much so that's why I was asking for some real world info.

Just curious what the difference between the MM lobes and the XX lobes? I read the catalog descriptions, but looking for more detailed information. Design and actual intended useage difference as well as difference in spring requirements and maintenance. When i saw this post, i immediately thought i run this lobe family in my rb 505, but when i went to confirm, i saw it is the XX lobes. So curious about that info.

I ran that cam for years, with 1.5 rockers. Great flat tappet IMO.
150 lbs seat, 440 open is about right. That is a lot of pressure, so I used edm oiling lifters.

If you're asking me about the lobe differences, I'm probably not the one to ask. It does appear the intake lobe is an MM and the exhaust is an XX lobe.

I measured the cam and it is what it's supposed to be. (that's been a problem for me with some other brands lately)

Thanks for responding, I think i'll run the 1.5's initially.
I'm now running around that same spring pressures on a previous cam with tool steel lifters and the wear (or rather the lack of it) appears pretty good.
