Just added the vac pump last year because all the cool kids have them ....just have to step up in the crank trigger department I take it when you put it in the car you hooked the vacuum pump up to the suction side? Joe

Yeah we corrected that.... good eye!
Alt is bolted to the plate. Wish I had a better pict of the bracket. Only part that gets swapped between our two engines.

Yes, it has a DMI low mount kit on it, just hadn't put it back on it yet when that pic was taken. Didn't even realize that, lol.

16 years ago........Vince Impasato and Chuck Millen from Best Machine in Michigan when I flew in on dyno day. The motor plate was definitely a beefy piece.

thanks for the pictures im working with a small block for the first time lot less room to work with then the big blocks height wise. Then kick the plate upward from it's mounting source on the block. If you can see well in my fuzzy pic that's what i did to gain material and again it ties to the upper cage struts.

No midplate here either. I use the same style fore/aft limiter that DVW does.

When you get all fancy and need A/C with your dry sump pump. Jesus... I think this is what my 55 Ford is going to look like when I finish restoration.. Wanting to do a serpentine system on it... Except I have to do a standard rotation of the water pump. Dave
