Purchased a part for my Challenger, and the seller sent it out from NY on August 07th. Took five days to go 90 mins away to the next facility in NJ. Tracking shows still enroute, but no new updates since the 16th.
Anyone else having similar issues with USPS?

I've had a package mis shipped lately. It left the regional PO and went to the wrong local PO. I had 4 ~ 5 conversations with the local Post Master and one phone call to the Regional PO to get it delivered, this went on for ~ 2 weeks. One of the first words in the first conversation was covid. Had another package take a week from 30 minutes away. For the DFW guys, from Addison to Colleyville. That shouldn't take more than two days. 2¢

I might add, MANY, since the virus deal and usps saying things will be slower are opting for the cheaper usps options that take longer. So things go slower.

Same here just like that but the China to Italy to the USA in California to me in Louisiana package went there to me in 5 days. But just like you typed for the rest I've had a package mis shipped lately. It left the regional PO and went to the wrong local PO. I had 4 ~ 5 conversations with the local Post Master and one phone call to the Regional PO to get it delivered, this went on for ~ 2 weeks. One of the first words in the first conversation was covid. I've had problems with all of them. FedEx is either the worst or the best, you just never know which one you'll get. USPS can be extremely slow and sometimes just never to be found again. Once I shipped a small guitar amplifier to Spain. It arrived on my doorstep 5 days later. You can't make this stuff up. UPS is pretty middle of the road. Might cost a little more and might be slower than FedEx but it usually arrives undamaged. Can't say that about FedEx.

At the end of June, I shipped a set of 4 Mopar pre-68 15x5" wheels to a guy in Sweden - 4 boxes. He received 3 of the wheels about 12 days later, but is still waiting for the 4th one. When we try to track the missing wheel, there is virtually NO information for it other than the day it was processed at my post office. I went to my PO & told them about it & to see what can be done to get more tracking info. They couldn't tell me anything more than what I've been stonewalled with. Of course they claimed Covid is the culprit. Problem is, I don't have another wheel to send the guy! In 22 years of shipping stuff all over the world, this is the only one that has been "lost." Still, WHERE IS THIS WHEEL? It's not like it's a small package that fell between a crack somewhere.

T & A ... if you ship PM and it way delayed...don’t they have to refund shipping ? They literally give you a 15 page document to fill out. THEY know the game. They know I cant afford the time to even fill out the form. It would COST me $100.

I'm happy these days when something arrives in less than a week from the PO. Most USPS packages are taking 2-3 times the expected delivery time frame. Some items have taken 2-3 weeks to arrive. I'm sure the airlines slowing down to a trickle are contributing to the issues. USPS used the commercial airlines for much of the priority mail. Well....now there just aren't many flights to service them.
