I need to order some smaller diameter flat washers as ARP sends with bolt kits. they are the same size diameter wise as "Split Lock Washers" but are flat.
Is there a chart someplace that shows the OD of various sizes like 5/16-3/8-7/16-3/8" Outside Diameter?

AN washers are thinner in diameter than regular washers

I use them under any bolt that is going against aluminum so the bolt head doesn't dig into the aluminum twocents

I found a hardware store once that carried 1/4" washers with the outside diameter of a #10. Those work really nice. I hate having to drill out a #10 when a standard 1/4" washer is too big.

SAE washers are smaller and fit the bolts much tighter than USS washers. Then you get into specialty washers.

Thanks to all the replys That is what I ordered as That is 100% what I wanted them for and did not want them to stick out past the heads of the bolts.
And ARP charges a ton for that size and shipping if that is all a person orders

ARP makes a lot of custom washers that you might not be able to find anywhere else. I use a lot of ARP stuff but I also buy a lot from Specialty.

Andy thanks for that link I had not looked at the site in years they sure have added a whole lot of items to the catalog. They really stepped up what they make.
I have been sanding and polishing regular Stainless Bolts / Nuts and wanted some smaller washers as all we have here locally is the large standard size.
