Wanted to read about the Stage V heads. I know they have been discussed on here.

Search function does not like "Stage V" or "Stage 5".

Wanted to read about others problems/experiences/successes.

My brother, myself and friends of ours have used the big valve and Millennium heads in blown and N/A applications with zero issues. The Barton rockers are a good upgrade, as well.

They are quality castings and make decent power, considering the head is quite dated compared to many current brand x offerings.

Hello Jim,
I am considering getting the regular port heads. At the moment, my question is, Do they need external oil drainback lines ?

Or, does it depend on which block they would go on ? Do some blocks have drainback provisions and other blocks not ?

I am using the Stage V replacement heads . They do not require external oil drain-back lines. The block is a World aluminum .
I am also using the Stage V rockers and I am happy with them as well.

Stage V offers several different castings, race versus street, that will bolt onto a stock or after market block with no issues scope
Nice, good parts up

The search functions on most boards leaves alot to be desired and doesn't work more than half the time.

You'll have a whole lot more reading material doing it this way:

Search #1

or this way

Search #2
