I changed the seats and door panels in my '68 from black to pearl white. Since my upper door frames were black I left the arm rests and hinge covers back. Not original of course, but I was going for a personalized look. I had some of the 'old school' white pearl so I mixed a bunch in some white paint and sprayed the textured part of the rear panels with it. It still didn't match the new vinyl so I added a bunch to some clear and gave it a couple more coats. It came out pretty good. Here's the only pic I have. You can just see the edge of the rear panel in the corner of the pic. Dallas
