What size do you guys think roughly the chamber size is on a set of 516 closed chamber big block heads that been milled .020??? im guessin in the 75cc range ???

I ran a set of basically stock 915's {simular to the 516's} on my 440 cu in Coronet with Ferrea valves and no porting done at all. The car {3050 lbs} ran a 10.99 in Seattle {best}

typical factory chamber volume of 78.5 cc your probably pretty close, CC them and know for positive.

my 915s were 82.

Well since it's blizzarding here and no races now I killed some time and checked 2 516 heads.Both stock valves no milling. One was 81.5 and the other was 83 so milling .020 depending on valves and valve job I'm gonna say 78 ccs at best
