Finally getting around to redoing the long block on my Duster. Currently has Edelbrock muli port efi on a cammed 340. Going to swap to a bigger solid cam and toss in some aftermarket rods and bump the compression up to 11 to 1~. Who has had good luck with what? I know anything that's box stock needs to be gone though to verify tolerances and such. Also who would be the best person to turn to for porting? I have seen a lot of shady deals on having heads and other stuff worked on as well that has made me leary.

Call Brian at IMM and see what he has to say. Brian builds a lot of SB Mopar engines so just tell him how big your budget is and how much power you want to make and he'll tell what your options are. I wouldn't do this imop, a lot of people like him, the last set of heads I was involved with came back to us from him hand ported were full of holes. If I wanted to poke holes in good heads I could have done it myself.

Not as yet fro what I have seen, not sure as to what is the delay, they had a sample on display at SEMA 2018 from what I have seen, didn't see it at PRI 2018 when I was there. Was it on display at SEMA or PRI 2019?

The ootb flow numbers for the cnc ported Speedmaster assembled heads are pretty weak until you get close to .600 lift.
The lifts on this test were .100-.700:

I have honestly not seen much of the Trick Flows. With everything I've seen of them today it looks like I cant go wrong. Even though they come cnc ported has anyone truly opened them up yet with bigger valves and some hand porting? Intrested to see how far they can go.

I had the opportunity to finally get to touch a set during the Halloween Classic at Norwalk in October I wish they would have had one intake and exhaust valve out of their sample head but they didn’t do my short fingers could only reach so far. They claim max cfm is 301 but that’s with a 2.02 valve. I’ve hit 315-318 out of my Edelbrock heads with a 2.08 valve so yes they can be improved in the right hands. He also said he he intake will be released soon. The exhaust side looks very nice on a TrickFlow Head.

I have honestly not seen much of the Trick Flows. With everything I've seen of them today it looks like I cant go wrong. Even though they come cnc ported has anyone truly opened them up yet with bigger valves and some hand porting? Intrested to see how far they can go. They flow as advertised up to .500 lift. After that they maxxed out around 280cfm. Advertized at 302cfm. With a 2.08 valve, removing .04 from common wall, raising the roof .150, and widending the comb chamber to 4.05 flow picked up 20/25 cfm through .500 lift, still maxxed out at 285cfm. Almost 225cfm at .300 lift. Exh picked up a couple % over advertized with no port work, just widening the chamber. Chamber is made to fit 318 bore at 3.95 as delivered. Valves I put in them are from trick flow for their ford head. Correct length but 5/16 stem, so guides had to be changed. 2.08 valve is 15 grams lighter than the 2.02 valves supplied in them. Hopefully have them on the engine and at the track in mid march

I guess he thought he was selling to some back yard bonehead. He sold me Slapped together slop that needed another $1000 to get right. FACTS
I only buy MADE IN USA.
