the sleeve you need is from speedway motors.
part # : 910-34812 fits moog k772 upper joint.
price : $7.99 ea.
these sleeves are 1" thick, so you need to machine them to the thickness of the sleeve in the upper control arm so you can use the o.e. dust cover. hope this helps.

I think he is looking for a tapered sleeve to connect a small ball joint to a large knuckle.

i remember seeing something along this line someplace, but i couldn't tell for sure if the tapers were what was needed for this application. i should have noted where this came from, as my mind draws a blank now

I found a pair of tapered (tie rod end) adapters when I installed F-150 disc brakes on a '76 and older Bronco front end a few years ago.

I don't know if they would work on A-body UCA ball joints, however.

The e-bay link below shows a Ford tapered sleeve, they might be the same taper as Mopar. I would ask the vendor.

i would think the tierod would have a smaller taper than the balljoint. however, in my moog master catalog, there is a section that lists the specs of tierod tapers. i'll have to take the time to check this. in the mean time, i found a balljoint taper adapter in my afco catalog. it doesn't really say much as to what it fits. the part # is : 200388. i tryed to look it up on line, but it wasn't listed.
