What where the correct bolts to hold the flywheel cover to a to 70 challenger big block. . looks like 1/4 20 but I was wonder about washer size and was washer one piece with nut or did washer turn. .

On mine, it uses the black oxide bolt heads with spinning washers that are just a bit larger OD than the hexes.
A bit tight between the washers and the lip of the cover, as I recall, but they clear.

In the past I have used old big block engine oil pan bolts.They may not be 100% correct but work fine.
