That would be all 3
the smaller hole filler "is a go", the 4" one , and the 8" one
I was thinking the 8" is so long it would not do well since most parts are curved some

True. But, in the rare occasion that you would weld something flatter, its extra mass could also act as even more of a heat sink to help prevent warpage.
