I bought this air cleaner a while back for my 360 from eBay. It had the "440" decal on it before I sanded it down, repainted it and put the 360 decal on it. While I was at the auto parts store the other day, I figured I'd pick up an air filter for it, before I realized that I had no idea what it came from, so I couldn't look it up in the 'book' by the air filters..
Also, not quite sure where to hook up the vacuum fitting to that's on the 'snout', and there are a couple underneath too.. any thoughts on those? anyone have an idea?

Looks like a normal 2"x14" air filter to me. I'd just take the entire air cleaner to Vatozone and have them match one.

i could be wrong, but it looks 180 degrees off...should the snorkel be on the other side?...the cut out for the thermostat is shown in the back...should be up front....but then again...u said it was from a big block....could be different
You may be right... I didn't realize that cutout was for the thermostat .. I thought it was for the distributor wires, LOL.
Thanks Sharpie, that was my next step.
LOL at "Vatozone"

RR covered it above, but if you don't have a warm air tube connecting the snorkel and exhaust manifold, you may as well leave the vac lines off the air cleaner assembly, as the flapper door should remain down and leave the snorkel in the 'open' postiion.
