moparx "Butt Crack Bob" Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 19,355 north of coder	i would trace the template out, then use a unibit [if there is room] to get close to the radius size of the corners. then use a wizz wheel to connect the dots. get close, then finish the cutout with a small flap wheel. just my thoughts on how i would do this, i'm not an expert, so keep that in mind.
