Looking for details or photos of the bolt/screw that attaches the tail pipe hangers to the two brackets behind rear seat on 70 B body. The picture below is the bracket for the LH side....RH is welded to floor. I am seeking info on the fastener that installs into the black clip. Thanks in advance! Joe

Thanks! I will look through my stash to see what I have. Maybe someone else will chime in with photos!

According to Moparr Motors fastener restoration reference manual, the 1970 bolts were 5/16-18 x0.625 long and had captive washers 0.63" diameter and were SEMS bolts - "H" bolts were used in 1968/9.
If you are looking for the correct nuts for the LH bracket, they are 1/4-20 Hex Coni Keps nuts with captive washer. The washer is 0.63" diameter.

it is a 5/16" x 3/4 long "H" bolt. the washer is conical and is dis-attached. not fixed, or captured. This is correct for left side 1970, right uses captive washer sems bolt. 4 nuts to hold bracket are captive washer style like the bolt manual says.
