How much HP do you really get using this system as a fuel chiller? Can see a benefit for cooling down an intercooler. May be great for a PRO MOD. There has to be a lot of condensation resulting in water droplets on the race track.

Sad they had to screw up a simple power enhancer spiel by going with the cooler fuel being more powerful comment, unless maybe with diesel. Would also be best if air intake was completely divorced from the liquid co2 evaporation path.

A friend of mine had this on the intercooler of his 04 Cobra ages ago. It actually made a fair amount more power on the chassis dyno(30HP maybe?) But it failed to ever produce results at the track. My thought was that on the dyno the CO2 really soaks into the heat exchanger and makes it cold but on the track the airflow pushes it through before it can have as much of an effect.

Modern fuel with ethanol boils at a lower temperature than pure gas.
If I run straight pump fuel in my car,it will literally boil the fuel out of the carb, and flood the engine. Wh3n I cut pump gas with some 110, this doesn’t happen.

Maybe in your case, but the "more power" claim by the video by creating a cooler fuel, is in your case only mainly to prevent "boiling", and is a crutch solution for a different purpose.

If that's posible

What I envision is a propane powered engine that doesn't use a vaporizer, but rather meters the fuel in as a liquid and lets the evaporation chill the intake air.

It may even possible to use the LPG as driving force in an eductor-type supercharger. You wouldn't get that much of a boost but combined with the supercooled air/fuel mixture there'd be a decent horse4power gain.

The tube insert sounds good, because the low pressure (gaseous) outlet can be ducted under the car or otherwise avoid to intake air path.
They don't explain how to choose the tube size? If you have 3" plumbing now from the compressor and you get their 3" tube, how much of a restriction is the area of the bulb?
