I have a mild 408 stroker with iron heads. I'm looking for the part number for the Felpro permatork head gasket.

Is it the FEL8553PT?

yes, thats the stock replacement head gasket, as mentioned, race gasket is 1008. Depends on your " needs".

Sounds like the 1008 would be the way to go.

Yep, I have the iron RHS heads on mine, maybe 450hp, FelPro 1008.
