Gary, Did you feel the need to scuff the areas in which the paint was going to be applied? I'm sure the factory didn't in the spirit of mass-production.

Scuffing is always a good idea. I also like to spray a coat of SEM's "Sand-Free" to the outer edge of the scuffed areas, where the blackout stops. This ensures good adhesion to the unscuffed edges where the blackout feathers out. Call me anal if you like.. Rick
