Correct paint to use

What is the correct paint to use on the front radiator support and fender area on a 70 b-body.Is it 30 degrees gloss,semi gloss, etc.

Gary,
Did you feel the need to scuff the areas in which the paint was going to be applied? I'm sure the factory didn't in the spirit of mass-production.

Yes I admit to a little scuffing with a scotch brite pad.

Thanks to Moparts for tipping me off to the black out. I didn't know at first. I love this place.

Scuffing is always a good idea.
I also like to spray a coat of SEM's "Sand-Free"
to the outer edge of the scuffed areas, where the blackout stops. This ensures good adhesion to the unscuffed edges where the blackout feathers out.
