Got a little fab work done this weekend. Cut out core support, fabbed a removable lower rad mount, and working on new clean sheet metal sides for the core support.

Made bracket to mount Killer Chiller behind headlight under fender. This little baby will super cool the supercharger intercooler fluid via the AC!

Intercooler reserve tank for the Whipple I designed and had my buddy weld up. Its 2 1/2 gal per Killer Chiller recommendation. Mounts on inner fender recessed in at bottom.

Interesting. I hadn't seen the Killer Chiller before. Just a heat exchanger that uses the AC to cool the CAC water? could be better from a packaging standpoint than adding a cool circuit radiator up front

Exactly why I went with it, eliminates the heat exchanger in front of rad. Most of their kits say to remove factory exchanger for best results. I obviously went with their builder universal kit. The owner/designer was cool to work with on the phone. Lots of modern blower cars using this setup.
