That drawing is for bellhousings. Not sure if it's the same place on a 727.

true, but bolt patterns, dowel locations should be the same.
He didn't ask for those, because none of that information will affect the OIL PAN he's working on. The starter location will, which for the record is not provided in that drawing anyway..

That might work, assuming the drawing is to scale. Odd that it does show for the BB one
