Anyone know if there are replacement studs available for parts that were captive on exterior trim parts? This part is the quarter/tail panel extension on a 70 Dart (LH and RH).
I'm also looking for a robust procedure for removing the stud. My initial thoughts were to trim the damaged studs down and then drill the stud out followed by tapping the molded stanchion and use of some adhesive.

I did this on my 68 Charger ,similar set up, I ground off the broken stud, drilled & tapped for a stud.

Finished product after obtaining some very good experience at work today. No cracks in the stanchions either.
Thank you for the feedback on the how to repair.

What material did you use? We used a 1/4-20 Grade-8 bolt and trimmed it down to roughly an 1.5" length. The bolt tip was sanded to a point to match the other three.
