dynamite pro stock D Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 1,444 NEW JERSEY	My 04 Dakota with 3.6 same thing.. turned out to be the oil pressure sending unit. I installed a new sender .that was about 30K miles ago.. still running fine at 179K miles..I didn't have a gauge , so I pulled the sender and watched it while the wiffie started it up..oil flew out .. put in a new sender ,, problem fixed !!
