I like to disconnect lines,cables,driveshaft,etc... Then the u-bolts and remove the shackles and roll the rear out. I like to use braided stainless lines and plumb the calipers to the body. That way if you need to remove the rear you don't need to open the brake system in the future. Cal-Tracs seem to work better with sliders VS shackles. If you have a heavy car and a hard hitting drivetrain go for the +1" mono leafs. My mono leafs started sagging and went flat after a few years. Gus

Is this for a street driven car? If so, you better buy a kidney belt.
