I finally got to make some passes with the 470 stealth headed motor. 12:1 CR solid flat tapet cam and 2800 lbs. Mobile Dragway in only 600ft long and it clicked off a 6.08 with a 1.35 60ft. No tunning done, just back it off the trailor, set the timing and made some passes. I feel there is more in it with some tuning.

Just thought some would like to see some numbers from the stealth heads. I,m happy!

Depends on what calculator you use. one converted to a 9.71 and the other had it at a 10.24.

Mobile Dragway doesn't have much shut down area so they shorten the track to 600ft. It's a Dakota. Thanks!

I do not. My machinest said the valve job they come with is good for longtivity but not the best for performance so he narrowed the seat and moved it out, did a three angle valve job and back cut the valves. I then blended his work in, opened the push rod pinch and removed some of the head bolt bosses. I also layed back the lip in the chambers. Scott.

At a 6.08 ET at 600ft vs 660ft 1/8 mile you were on track to run a 10.25 1/4 mile to put things into perspective.

6.08 @ 600ft. = 10.25 Approx. 1/4 mile

6.08 @ 660ft. = 9.65 Approx. 1/4 mile

Your combo runs great for what it is, Id be really happy, Your 1.35 60ft is strong

And also from the comments about your heads port work, you know what your doing. Id guess those heads are flowing around 310+ cfm @ .600 0r so mike
