There should be a small "o" stamped by the rest of the date code. You have 1-15 and 1-16 of 1970 wheels which are right for the car. The mid January dates are common for T/As with steel wheels.

brushed 15" trim rings showed up during the run of Superbirds (I think Chrysler was trying to save a few pennies on a car they were loosing $$ on each unit) they returned for the AAR & T/A as STANDARD equipment and were STANDARD for 1971

AFAIK the brushed 15" for '70 was: Superbird (late w/15" W21) - AAR - T/A ONLY not sure if that was clear in what I typed above

No polished for Superbirds?
