I managed to get the quarter windows in my '67 'cuda 'vert. and it appears that even with the qtr window stops all the way up the qtr window does not meet the door window at all...

I have not put the top on to see how it fits, with the door, but I would expect it to be closer then this; is this reasonable? The door window is adjusted so it hits the top of the wingdig seal, I could see it somewhat cocked, but not by an inch or more....

The door is aligned nicely with the body...

Not sure your door regulator works like a B-Body but if so, check for a lock nut common to your regulator that will be exposed on your door. Lock nut is threaded to a post with a slot on it. Your regulator has a cam on it and this adjustment sets the amount your door window can go up. It appears that this is the case.

Maybe you have the wrong door glass ?? There are three types...convert,fastback and notchback.Notchback glass is curved on top edge ...you don't have that installed but possibly you have a fastback piece.

You really should have the top frame in place...

My guess would be that the rear door glass stop is too high. Once that's lowered,
then the quarter glass will need to be shifted forward a bit and the rear stop adjusted lower, which will make it rotate to match the door glass edge.
(Looks like you have plenty of room at the adjustment slot to move the quarter glass forward.

HTH,
Rick

Thanks the top is the next step...

I just wanted to know if it looked OK - before adding more stuff to the mix...

I think the complete door glass is "crooked" it does not match the windshield - I think this will help kick the back side down...

My concern was I was way off (like something hooked up wrong) and I would rather mess with the glass now then later...

The difference in the convertible and hardtop glass is only about 1/8". The glass is cut about 8" from the back end and angles down that eight inch. It does look like the glass is not square. Is that the original glass you are using?
