massdaytona OP mopar M Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 544 boston mass-moving to long isl...	we have a 71 gtx, no horn, guess its the switch??. are they available??, how hard/easy are they to install?? , or is there someone in the ny/nj/pa area that does this type of repair.. any idea of cost?? the wheel is just about perfect, its just the horn does not work

Maybe that was before he started having them made

YYZ master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 7,327 Toronto (YYZ) Ontario	The Ford switches have a raised rib on the surface of the rubber, the Chrysler ones are smooth. IIRC Ben is having both styles made and the Chrysler ones are excellent. He also has the little grey wires that connect to the steering hub as well

Difficulty on the installation depends on the installer. We can sell you a new switch and guarantee it to work but only if I install it. The switches are very delicate and easy to damage during installation. Buy a new rimblow switch and pigtail from me and I'll install it for free.
