we have a 71 gtx, no horn, guess its the switch??. are they available??, how hard/easy are they to install?? , or is there someone in the ny/nj/pa area that does this type of repair.. any idea of cost??
the wheel is just about perfect, its just the horn does not work

Moparts member stwheels does a fantastic job restoring wheels - perhaps he can chime in with some install tips for you

thanks guys...just emailed him to ask if a ford will fit, and how hard/easy is the install..

Just be glad some idiot did not screw a chaep horn switch button on the cap and ruin it i have seen that many times

The Ford switches have a raised rib on the surface of the rubber, the Chrysler ones are smooth.
IIRC Ben is having both styles made and the Chrysler ones are excellent.
He also has the little grey wires that connect to the steering hub as well
