Has anyone else had this problem? I seem to have a clearance issue on the passenger side. If I use a header flange, I have a clearance problem with the TTI pipes. I really need the help here.

TIA!!!

the pass mani wont directly bolt on the E heads? (what part is off or hitting) & if you use a header flange for a spacer so it will bolt on then that wont let the TTI pipes fit up to the mani outlet flange?

My mistake, I should have said the driver's side manifold. It's the portion of the manifold above the exhaust pipe flange where the manifold curves. It sets against the block and won't contact the exhaust port area. With the tight fit of the TTI's adding the 3/8 header flange causes interference. Any suggestions or ideas?

What is the block? IIRC 5.2 and 5.9 magnum blocks have a protrusion in that same area that must be ground down with a lot of exhaust types.
