Took my 68 street gtx To the track. When the car launched it pulled very hard to the right which had never happened before. On further inspection I found fluid leaking from the right rear shock. The shock had completely drained. I found nothing else wrong with the suspension. I have ordered new shocks, but my question is.. would a bad shock cause the pulling to the right Reaction I experienced? Thanks guys

No control of the axle housing on the right rear could cause that tire to be crushed and then bounce back on rebound. This would cause the right tire to unload, driving the car to the right.

So, with no fluid in the shock it appears this was culprit. The car always has gone straight before this. Btw I run Caltracs which haven't moved.
