The no-lift shift gets the GM guys to watch the video lol. T56 does NOT like to be power shifted old school, so the spark cut feature right at my shift point opens new doors in awesomeness.

Sounds like my plan! Is it wired to the clutch or does it just cut at the shift light??

My plan was to ground the shift cut with the clutch engagement and only allow it at tps >95% or so. I didnt necessarily want to cut at an rpm because max power isnt always at redline and i may need to twist it further

I have a micro switch but not wired in yet, so its just a spark cut at 6800. Shifting at 6500 ish is a night and day as far as traction is concerned, 6800 stays hooked good.

Its really happy with the spark cut, the vid I tried to show how effortless it shifts, basically just like letting off the gas.

Just spark, fuel cut noses it over to much. Makes it more seamless IMO. Plus at night it scares the WRX's with the light show lol.

Blew off a muffler doing something like that, once.

If I held it there long enough I'm sure that is possible.

Maybe this is how they do the launch control assist with the autos?

Where in the MS3 do you set this?

General setting for a hard spark cut, rev limiter. The no lift shift is in the advanced setting IIRC and needs a trigger source. I have not wired that in yet but will probably use one of the adc inputs.
