I've got a skid plate K-member with the numbers stamped in it:

130032

Is this a E-body and 71-72 Body K-member or a 70 B-body K-member?

Are you sure that is not the vendor code?

The part number would be on a coin if the K member had a coin

Morty is correct, the last 2 digits of the part number are located on a small coin welded on the front of the skidplate. The only numbers stamped into the K member itself would be the vendor and date codes.

Vendor codes are 5 digits.

No coin on this k member.

Anyway else ID it as 70 b-body OR E-body/71-72B-body ???

are there any other numbers stamped in the front center of it? They would face the front of the car and get bugs splattered on them when driving.

I have an original 71 Charger R/T with a skid plate and no coin welded to the K-member, I would say it is a 71-72 b-body, e-body skid plate.

Those are the only numbers I can see. It's been blasted and powdercoated. frown

Any angles or features to determine the differences.

I think E body had a different steering box mounting angle you would need that spec. & measure then you would be closer to knowing.

70-74 E body and 71-72 B body are the same.

Earlier B body has a different steering box angle. 3 degrees different I think.
1970 sway bar mounts different than the earlier bars.

73 and later B body is also different due to isolators.
