I mocked up everything in my Duster Sunday and everything fit fine with one little glitch, 2 tubes of my driver's side header run into the kickout on the Milodon pan. I think it won't take much to make some clearance in the kickout, but how much is enough? 1/4-1/2"? Thanks!

On my 1970 small block duster with the 1 7/8 headers Matt and I BOTH had to modify our headers with a 4 pound hammer. Today and tomorrow I will be re-routing the 2 tubes so I can get my engine diaper on.

Our issue is on the passenger-side.

Diaper rules are coming guys so if you are going to modify anything plan ahead. 10.50 at Keystone as of 7-1-16

Thanks guys! Mine are close enough to fitting I could probably get away with using a set of Percy's gaskets and it would space the header over enough to clear, but I think it will be fairly easy to massage the pan a little to be safe with any gasket.
