If it's a simple difference like that it should be easy to fix. I can understand the disappointment with a non-fitting new part.
If your old ones are still serviceable they can likely be drilled for grease fittings.

I believe they are made to NOT use the inner shell, the poly bushing rides right on the pin. So the PF pin would have a larger diameter than stock.

I'm thinking of trying Bergman's Delrin on my Wife's DD on this years teardown service. We've had the Polys in the there for some time and I wasn't liberal enough with the grease when I installed them, so the car is super creaky. My UCA bushings are super creaky like that even though they're the rubber ones. It's an annoying noise. Missed getting to chat with you at Carlisle this year, Dan. Might have the wagon there next year.
