The brass t is bolted on backwards but that won't help the lines. Which vendor did you buy from? Yea its loose... but line is too long anyway..

'70 and later had the vent located further to the left so your housing isn't a '70. You need lines for a '65-'69 B-body.

Yep, ran into this exact same issue with my '70 Roadrunner 8-3/4" rear end. '70 is a change-over year between the two locations for the brass "splitter" which are about 2" or so different & you could have either one on a '70. The company where I got my brake lines (maybe Inline?) just sent me the "other set" of rear brake lines no charge. Maybe the guys you bought yours from will do that? If not, take some measurements & I will see if my "extra set" of rear brake lines happen to be the ones you need (stainless fyi). And now that I look at your picture a little bit closer, I see that you can easily cut & re-flare the passenger line you have shown in the picture. The problem will be that your driver side line is too short.

If you would have bought your brake lines from Cass ( DoctorDiff) on the board here, he would have asked you to measure your housing to see which lines you needed. Yes this is a shameless plug! Agree

Well your axle is already done and your problem is both lines are going to be wrong. you need to confirm the body connection is in the same place 665-69 vs. 70 , if it is then you need to order a 69 rubber line also , it would need to be longer to reach the same place .
Now when I ran into this problem instead on panic I just drilled and tapped the hole in the correct location and red loctited the appropriate size set screw in the other hole. But since the rear is already together and looks like ready to install that not an easy option ...
running up my post count some more .
