It's been a long time in the making however, they are finally available, B-1 intake gaskets in .031", .047" and .062" thicknesses.

After researching the available gaskets on the market and finding inconsistency's with bolt hole and port locations I believe we have come up with a very accurate and symmetrical layout for a proper fitting gasket made of the best material available, MicroPore-15 aka MP-15!

More new products on the way but please be patient. We suffered a crippling virus last March that attacked our computer system and our back up drive that required us to rebuild our entire business again from the ground up. It's been a BUSY year with more still to do and many lesson's learned!

As always, thanks for your support! thumbs

Sweet I will be buying some in the future.
1 question , do you make a thick VC gasket for the B1's ?
I have fabed sheet metal VC and the thin gaskets I had on it sucked in from the vacuum pump.

Thanks!

To answer your question about the valve cover gaskets.....

No we do not offer a "thick" gasket, only .047", thicker is not necessarily "better".
Are you having this issue with our valve cover gaskets?

Are you 'gluing" the gasket to the valve covers? That's how I do it, then I grease or oil the other side. You may need to re-apply some more on occasion when you have the covers off. It will aid greatly in keeping the gasket from sticking. I can use gaskets for a long time that way, and it saves a lot of time and hassle in the long run.

FWIW and not trying to take any business away but SCE makes a nice VC gasket for the B1 stuff. Used them for years with no issues.

Check your valve cover for flat. If the clamp load is not evenly applied to the flange surface between the bolt holes this problem can occur. Next I would suggest bonding the gasket to the valve cover with 3M weatherstrip adhesive/gasket cement. Put the cover and gasket on, snug the bolts and allow to cure.

Keep me posted on your results thumbs
